This scholarship was established in 2002 from a generous gift from the family and friends of Dr. Shirley McFaul.

CRITERIA:
1. Have an undergraduate major concentration in Elementary Education
2. Demonstrate financial need
3. Have a cumulative GPA of 3.00
4. Be accepted into the Elementary Teacher Education program
