This scholarship was established in 2007 with a generous gift from LaVerne (Bitz) and Dorothy (Dottie) Brown.

CRITERIA:
1. The recipient is to maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0
2. The recipient is to demonstrate financial need
3. Renewable upon recipient’s achievement and need.
